What Is Intuitively Nourished?
Intuitively Nourished is an online coaching group for women to create a more mindful and intuitive relationship with food and exercise…so they can:
-Create balance + peace with food/minimize overeating
-Have exercise be a positive, happy AND effective experience
-Create sustainable fat loss (if fat loss is a goal)
-Create healthy eating and exercise habits that last a lifetime!
Intuitively Nourished gives women the foundations of sound food + exercise science and real-world strategies.
But, also teaches them how to mold them to their unique body-so the process feels natural, and in turn is able to last.
Who Is Intuitively Nourished For?

Ashley Schoborg M.A., BCS, CPT.
Ashley has her master’s degree in exercise physiology, is a certified behavior change specialist, nutritional consultant, and women’s coach-with 19 years of experience in the health and wellness industry.
As a previous binge eater, and compulsive over-exerciser, Ashley is passionate about helping women create peace/balance with food and a healthy/happy (but also effective!) relationship with exercise.

Group Structure
How Learning In the Group Works
The Written Courses/Educational Materials Are the Core of Our Group.
This group is designed so that the written educational materials give you most of the knowledge you need to be successful.
You take this learning at your own pace, and can ask questions at any time in the group, and on weekly coaching calls.
But, for extra support and community, we go over a section of the education as a group every week.
The Group’s Set Up
Our group is housed on a platform called Mighty Networks.
You will have the ability to access it from your computer, an app on your phone, or both.
When you enter the group, you will land in our Welcome Area and it will explain the different sections and how our group works :)

As you can see, you will have your own profile in our group. This helps to interact with me, and others within the group.
*You are free to share as much, or as little about yourself in your profile as you like :)

Weekly Group (Zoom) Coaching Calls
Thursdays at 12:30pmEST (30 minutes)
Where you can meet everyone live, ask Ashley your questions face to face, and learn from other member's questions.
*If you can’t make it live, you can ask your question in the questions area, and Ashley can answer it on the call.
*All calls are recorded and put back into the group for you to watch at your convenience.
Weekly Livestream:
Wednesdays at 12:30pmEST (10-20 minutes)
Ashley will go live once a week sharing any thoughts or updates she has, along with reading aloud the section of education we are currently on as a group.
You are able to show up live and comment any thoughts in the comment box.
*Weekly livestreams are also recorded and put back into the group to watch at your convenience.
Questions and Community
The beautiful thing about this group is, not only do you have Ashley in this group for coaching and support, but you are also able to learn from other members (and their experiences) as well :)
And if you choose, you are also able to create friendships, accountability partners, or “member meetups” with others in the group.

You can cancel at any time.
There are no long-term contracts. I want you to be here because you want to be here :)
If at any point you would like to cancel your subscription:
Just go to the settings area in your account and end your subscription. You are in charge of your subscription in the Mighty Network, not me :)
You will have the remainder of the month you paid for to enjoy the services, then your subscription will end.
