Hi! I’m Ashley Schoborg MA, BCS, CPT


Women’s Health & Behavior Change Specialist with a master’s degree in exercise physiology, advanced certifications in nutrition and behavior change, and nearly 20 years coaching women.

💛 But more importantly?

I’ve lived this. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, frustrated, and exhausted from trying to “get it right.”

That’s why I created Intuitively Nourished—to help you stop searching for the perfect plan, and start uncovering your way. A way that feels aligned, natural, and sustainable.🌱
